Holy shit
I think everything is coming together.
I’m not saying anything else in case I jinx it, but if a meeting I have at 2:30 today goes how I think it’s gonna go, expect a massive text post later today.
So, I had my meeting. Not quite how I wanted it to go, but halfway in the right direction. I applied for another position in my bank. This one is a big step up. The interview on Thursday went oddly and I couldn’t really gauge it. However, it went well enough that the VP asked if I would shadow on Wednesday and then we’ll go from there. So, we’ll see!

It’s a half hour before I have to leave for work. And I’m awake and dressed. This is weird. I don’t really know why people like waking up early. I’m bored.

I am so fucking happy. Things feel like they are finally coming together for me. I honestly can’t express how happy I am with this guy. And those who know how much of a cynic I am, know what a big deal this is.
I barely even saw him tonight. He came in to the restaurant tonight for a beer after he was done with work and knowing I’d be in soon. We talked for a bit before I got too busy. It was so simple and nice. Even now, I am so fucking exhausted, but I can’t stop smiling.
